Name it
Use a name you recognise immediately, such as “Favourite mug” or “Measuring jug”.
Digital bladder & voiding diary
Pee & Pour records when and how much you drink and urinate, with optional colour, flow and journal context. Correct an entry when you need to, then create a readable PDF journal when you choose.
A measured record
A bladder diary, also called a voiding diary or frequency-volume chart, records the timing and amount of drinks and wees. Pee & Pour makes that repeated job quicker without interpreting the result.
Less retyping
Measure your usual mug, bottle, glass or urine jug once. Choose it on later entries and adjust the amount only when needed.
Use a name you recognise immediately, such as “Favourite mug” or “Measuring jug”.
Store its normal capacity in millilitres. The selected amount remains editable for every record.
Add an optional photo, remove its background and frame it inside a clean white bubble.
User-initiated export
The export gathers the complete drink, urine-output and medication journal into a chronological, lightly branded report.
You decide whether to save it to Files or share it using an installed iOS share option. The PDF contains private health information, so check the destination before continuing.
Pee & Pour diary report
Important boundary
Pee & Pour presents the information you record. It does not diagnose dehydration, infection, kidney problems or bladder conditions, and it does not decide whether your pattern is normal.
Use it alongside appropriate professional advice or care. If you have concerning symptoms, seek guidance through the appropriate NHS or healthcare route rather than relying on an app chart.
